STRATEGY WORKSHOP
Our Process
We will meet for a web strategy workshop to review your brand’s objectives in detail. One week later, you will receive the first draft of our proposed strategy, including your website user’s journey, and visual approaches for your design. One round of refinements — adjustments based on your feedback and preferences —is included.
CONSULTATION CALL
A 30-minute call to discuss your needs and your brand’s future. You’ll then receive a custom proposal detailing three different packages to achieve the goals we discussed, each presented at a corresponding pricing tier.
MAKING IT OFFICIAL
If we’re a match, we’ll solidify the timeline and send you a contract confirming the scope of your project. Once you sign your contract and pay the deposit, your start date is secured!
PROJECT KICK-OFF
You’ll receive access to your project management dashboard in Notion. You can track every stage of our project, view all project-related documents, and seamlessly communicate with us, all in one place.
WEB DESIGN
Once the strategy is approved, the design begins! A mock-up for each page of your custom website will be thoughtfully crafted and submitted for your approval. Two rounds of refinements per page are included.
WEB DEVELOPMENT
Once the design meets your approval, we will begin building your website in Shopify. You’ll be able to view and interact with it just as your customers will.
LAUNCH
Your website is live! We will test all functionalities and connect your domain so all of your current and future customers can access the new, elevated home for your brand. We will also deliver a detailed website walkthrough video and maintenance guide to your inbox.
We will have one last call to celebrate and cover any questions you may have. But if you have any questions after our call, no worries – you also get one month of post-launch email support.

We only use Shopify to build our premium websites. We believe it is the best option for e-commerce brands as you’ll be supported with powerful marketing automation tools that make it easy for your website to be the 24/7 sales machine it should be.
Absolutely! Your investment in stunning design is only elevated by aligned imagery, so we require professional photography for every site. If planning a brand shoot feels overwhelming, we can help and quote our creative direction services as part of the packages in your proposal.
We strongly recommend professional copywriting to complement your investment in premium website design. The design we create is built around your brand’s messaging, so starting with strong, professionally crafted copy is essential to creating an outstanding website that sets you apart from the competition.
We offer copywriting services as an add-on to your package, but you are also able to outsource to a copywriter of your choice if you prefer. Though it is not recommended, if you choose to write your own copy, we can provide copywriting prompts to aid you in the writing process.
Whether you outsource to a copywriter of your choice or create your own copy, we must receive the copy for each page of your website prior to initiating the design process.
A 30% deposit is required to secure your project start date. The remaining payments will be split throughout the duration of your project. Once all payments are made, you will receive your completed website and be ready to launch!
No! We can build your website on a developer plan, which is free to use until your launch date. We’ll set it up for you and add you as a client, so you'll be able to set up your own password to review the progress of the development. Once the project is complete, we’ll transfer ownership of the website to you and you’ll be able to purchase your own hosting plan.
You can expect your website to be ready to launch within 8-12 weeks. However, this varies based on the scope of your unique project. Once we have discussed the specifics of your website, you’ll receive a detailed timeline.
We will upload one product to your website to exhibit the product page’s functionality and design. You will receive a detailed guide with step-by-step instructions to easily upload additional products on your own. Alternatively, we can upload your additional products for a fee.
We offer e-mail set-up as an add-on service. We only work with Klaviyo as it is the most premium and compatible e-mail marketing platform for the websites we create.
If you choose to add this service, we will set up templates and workflows for your welcome sequence, abandoned cart e-mails, and post-purchase sequence. We will also integrate Klaviyo with your website. You’ll have access to detailed customer insights to create and implement campaigns that best engage your customers and boost conversion.
Though e-mail copywriting is not included, it is available as an additional add-on service.
Yes, we do. We always use approved Shopify 2.0 themes compatible with the platform’s latest online store features to ensure speed and reliability.
We don’t offer day-to-day website maintenance, but once your website is completed we can help you with any future design updates via our a la carte services. So, if you’d like to optimize your website for a new collection or promotional period, we’ve got you covered!
